Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager;
Perform maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance;
Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness and identify maintenance needs;
Participate in emergency on-call/after-hours maintenance assignments and respond to emergencies per company guidelines
