Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant.;
Sweep ashes, start brick oven fires, clean/vacuum floors, move chairs, dust, clean restrooms, empty trash, restock cleaning supplies.;
Sweep and mop restaurant floors; sweep and vacuum carpets and floor mats.;
Polish brass items using designated cleaning agents/equipment.;
Replace light bulbs in fixtures as needed.;
Remove trash from restaurant and dispose of appropriately.;
Clear trash from parking lot and landscape area; empty dumpster as needed.;
Assist other employees as needed.
