Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in the community and around the community grounds;
Assist with general maintenance tasks such as fixing wall coverings, repairing furniture, basic plumbing, minor electrical repairs, appliance repairs;
Assist with painting, refurbishing, minor building and equipment repairs;
Conduct routine maintenance on community vehicles;
Participate in fire drills and disaster preparedness programs
