McDonald's - - - Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment including Taylor and Carpigiani shake/sundae machines, Garland grills, Henny Penny pressure fryers and hot holding cabinets, and Frymaster fry vats and filtration systems;
Perform preventative maintenance schedules to manufacturer standards;
Ensure compliance with McDonalds corporate equipment maintenance protocols;
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs;
Document all repairs and preventive maintenance activities and maintain tools, parts inventory and service records
