Job Description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for safeguarding the integrity of critical systems? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid‑Level Operations Technician to manage and support complex operational systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, proven troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently perform maintenance and operational tasks to ensure optimal system performance.

Primary

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on operational equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
  • Document maintenance activities, operational procedures, and system changes.
  • Assist in training junior staff and onboarding new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Support project initiatives and system upgrades as needed.
  • Respond to any anomalies.
  • Read schematics, technical drawings, and system manuals.
  • Support documentation of operational procedures and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
  • TS/SCI with Poly Clearance is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or technical support.
  • Strong understanding of industrial, mechanical, or electrical systems.
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools, software, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as OSHA, HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical certifications.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving accountability.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing real‑time operations.
