Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

• Clean resident homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Community using specialized equipment.
• Clean public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures.
• Clean lobbies and living rooms: vacuuming, high and low dusting, decluttering, removing trash, spot‑cleaning walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, HVAC vents.
• Clean classrooms: dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables, and chairs.
• Assist with collecting, bagging, and disposing of trash, and replace trashcan liners.
• Maintain carpeted surfaces: extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal.
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard‑floor care equipment, and trash removal equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping vehicles.
• Professional and responsive interactions with residents, their families, staff, vendors, and colleagues.
