We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Technician to support daily operational activities. The role involves assisting with maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of systems and equipment. • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of operational equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues.
• Perform routine inspections and report any anomalies.
• Support documentation of operational procedures and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Active TS/SCI to be considered with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance prior to starting with Leidos.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 0-2 years operations management experience.
• Basic understanding of operational systems and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
• Experience with industrial or technical systems.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems.

Pay Range:
