• Service fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow and complete required processes for wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
• Provide excellent customer service, helping customers understand and maintain their protection at home or business.
• Collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with customers and coworkers.
• Visit customers’ homes or businesses to provide solutions and support.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure: The pay range for this role is $22.00 - $40.85 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications. Eligible employees receive healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year, with accrual increasing after the first year.

Six paid holidays are provided.
