Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Join our team as a Housekeeper and play a meaningful role in creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for our residents. In this role, you’ll help maintain clean, comfortable living spaces while building genuine connections with residents and staff.

Full‑Time

Starting at $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

• Clean residents’ homes in Independent Living or resident rooms in nursing homes
• Maintain cleanliness of the community using specialized equipment
• Clean public bathrooms, lobbies, living rooms, classrooms, and other spaces, performing dusting, vacuuming, and spot‑cleaning
• Assist with collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, and replace trash can liners
• Maintain carpeted surfaces through extraction, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting (ideal)
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, and trash removal equipment
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping vehicles
• Professional and responsive interactions with residents, their families, staff, vendors, and each other
