Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Responds to and assists with guest requests with diligent follow-through in accordance with company guidelines;
Performs out-of-room cleaning and maintains premises in pristine condition including building interior/exterior, grounds, walkways, and parking areas;
Performs repairs listed on work orders and follows the work order process;
Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder;
Maintains records and follows safety policies and procedures including Life Safety and equipment inspections
