Maintenance Technician - The Residences at Springfield Station

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a punch list, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work;
Follows procedures to access materials and supplies from the property's maintenance department and tracks inventory;
Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage, and general upkeep
