Responsibilities

Maintenance Worker/Painter Job Opportunity! Part-time position (20 hours per week average).

Salary: $19.00 to $21.85 per hour based on experience and certifications.

Work Hours:

Day Shift 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (as scheduled; daily hours may vary).

Provo Canyon School, with locations in Provo and Springville, UT, provides compassionate, skills-based care to adolescents ages 12–18 with complex emotional and mental health conditions. We offer evidence-based treatment and services to help students meet their needs.

Facility Locations: 763 North 1650 West, Springville, UT; and 4501 N. University Avenue, Provo, UT.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, functional physical environment for students, employees and guests
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of the physical plant, buildings and equipment
• Painting skills and experience required

Qualifications for Facilities Maintenance Worker:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  REQUIRED
• MUST be at least 21 years of age or older to apply
• General maintenance work experience preferred
• Valid State Driver's License
• Background check and drug screen required
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move more than 75 pounds
