Monday through Friday (Flexible daytime hours)
Compensation: $14.00 to $16.00+ per hour baseline

Job Summary Take A Break Spas & Billiards is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Showroom Care & Cleaning Specialist to maintain our premier retail facility. Our showroom floor is a unique, high-end 12,000-square-foot space featuring premium hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, massage chairs, luxury outdoor furniture, and luxury indoor game room sets (including professional pool tables).This is not a basic janitorial role.

We are looking for an individual with true organizational talent, exceptional attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills to manage an upscale environment and preserve the pristine presentation of our luxury inventory.

Core Responsibilities & Duties Premium Product Care & Detailing Spas & Swim Spas:
Meticulously wipe out and clear all dust, debris, and water spots from the interior and exterior shells of all display hot tubs and swim spas.

Billiards & Game Tables:
Safely dust and polish high-end pool tables, shuffleboards, and arcade tables using approved furniture polishes to ensure a flawless shine without damaging felt or specialized wood stains.

Saunas:
Clean, dust, and wipe down all interior cedar wood and glass surfaces within our display saunas according to manufacturer guidelines.

Massage Chairs & Displays:
Wipe down, deep clean, and sanitize all electronic massage chairs on the display floor daily.

Furniture & Shelving:
Comprehensive dusting and wiping down of all outdoor patio furniture, premium grills, retail product shelving, and delicate glass displays.

Showroom Floor Facility Maintenance Floor Care:
Thoroughly sweep and mop all hard flooring surfaces across the 12,000-sq-ft layout, and vacuum all accent rugs and high-traffic carpet runners.

Glass & Surfaces:
Wash and detail all showroom entrance doors, display windows, and glass panels to eliminate smudges and fingerprints.

Sanitation:
Clean and sanitize all public and staff touchpoints, including office desks, service counters, and customer restrooms.

Waste Management:
Gather and transport all daily showroom rubbish and packaging materials out to the facility dumpsters.

Materials Management & Compliance Inventory Tracking:
Independently monitor your cleaning supplies, tools, and chemicals. Ensure materials are kept in stock, organized, and in excellent working order; report restocking needs to purchasing before running out.

SOP Adherence:
Follow designated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the specific care, chemical handling, and protection of luxury displayed products to prevent accidental finish or fabric damage.

Required Qualifications & Skills Attention to Detail: A critical eye for cleanliness; ability to notice and correct smudges, dust, or disorganization that others might miss.

Problem-Solving

Skills:

Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work unsupervised and handle unexpected maintenance issues smoothly as they arise.

Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift cleaning materials continuously across a large 12,000-square-foot retail layout.

Experience:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, high-end retail detailing, or hospitality environmental services is a significant plus but not required.b
