RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exteriors, grounds, and leasing office of multifamily properties on site. You will perform landscaping, cleaning, and preventive maintenance while coordinating with the maintenance team and residents.
The role requires physical work outdoors, the ability to operate maintenance tools, and a flexible schedule including weekends. A high school diploma and some related experience are preferred.
