Make-Ready Specialist - The Trestles Apartments

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in;
Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers;
Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair/replace as needed;
Perform touch-up painting on vacant and occupied units;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including pressure-washing and cleaning;
Aim to fix parts instead of replacing to control costs;
Complete make-ready checklist and required maintenance documentation timely;
Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and related safety requirements;
Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to maintenance-related inquiries;
Work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
