Our client, a leading organization in the learning and development space, is seeking an Instructional Designer II to join their team. As an Instructional Designer II, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a proven ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Instructional Designer II Location: Stamford, CT or Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Pay Range: $35/hr

What’s the Job?- Create and maintain instructor-led training (ILT), video, and eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Xyleme, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, and AI-powered development platforms.
- Conduct training needs assessments and recommend effective learning solutions to address performance gaps.
- Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to accelerate content development and enhance learning experiences.
- Manage learning projects from analysis through implementation using the ADDIE instructional design model.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, review content, and incorporate feedback.
- 3-7 years of instructional design experience with strong knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
- Hands-on expertise with Articulate Storyline and experience developing eLearning solutions.
- Proven success in rapid content development and managing multiple projects independently.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field is a plus.
