Overview
Temporary full time maintenance position at a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include maintaining physical upkeep, performing minor electrical and basic plumbing repairs, responding to work orders in a timely manner, floor care for three floors, patching and painting walls, and interacting with residents. Local candidates preferred to be on call to respond to after-hours critical issues.
