As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of our facility. As the Maintenance and Housekeeping Director
, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our maintenance and housekeeping departments. This includes:

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
  :
  Overseeing the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of our facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and equipment.
• Managing a team of staff
  :
  Leading and supervising a team of maintenance and housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  :
  Working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance of our facility and equipment.
• Implementing quality control measures
  :
  Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

• $1200 - $1250 WEEKLY salary
