About the Role:

As the Maintenance and Housekeeping Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our maintenance and housekeeping departments. This includes:

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment:
Overseeing the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of our facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and equipment.
• Managing a team of staff:
Leading and supervising a team of maintenance and housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance:
Working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance of our facility and equipment.
• Implementing quality control measures:
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
