American Medical Associates – Director of Housekeeping/Maintenance - LTC
Location:
Stamford, CT
Salary: $70K - $80K;
Depending on Experience
- Must have long‑term care experience
- Must have experience as a Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping in long‑term care
- Must be extremely hands‑on
- Must have excellent problem‑solving skills both one‑on‑one and in group situations
- The Housekeeping/Maintenance Director is responsible for the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services within the facility
- Hands‑on maintenance is a must
- Must be able to communicate information effectively to appropriate personnel regarding emergency situations
- Must be knowledgeable of laundry practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing laundry functions in the long‑term care facility
