Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties in apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities;
Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas;
Perform all housekeeping duties including:
Distributing laundered articles and linens, Changing beds, Cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies;
Washing, drying, and folding resident laundry;
Distributing laundered articles and linens;
Changing bed linens;
Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies;
Stock the cleaning cart with supplies;
Report maintenance/resident issues promptly
