RMS Companies is seeking a Porter to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks at the UCONN Residential Building located at 1201 Washington Blvd. The role supports residents by keeping common areas in excellent condition and reports to the Maintenance Superintendent.
The Porter will dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and manage supplies, while documenting time and coordinating with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. Weekend work is required.
