Position Overview
Environmental Services Assistant – part‑time position. Pay starts at $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Assists in the day‑to‑day operations of the Environmental Services Department.
- Performs general maintenance duties such as painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, carpet cleaning, etc., as assigned.
- Maintains the Environmental Services Log and completes all work orders in a timely fashion.
- Works in a motor vehicle as required or assigned.
- Moves intermittently during working hours, including standing, walking, sitting, pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and twisting.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver license.
- Must have experience in painting, drywall, and basic knowledge of carpentry.
- Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet.
- High School Diploma preferred.
