Maintenance Worker
Performs routine and corrective maintenance of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, building components, and equipment.
Performs work using simple and complex measures and hand tools on such tasks as painting, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Performs painting projects using appropriate tools and techniques.
Performs plumbing repairs such as, faucet replacement, drain cleaning/repair.
Performs electrical repairs such as replacing light fixtures and outlets.
