Environmental Services Worker

Position: Environmental Services Worker I
Community Health Systems - 1499 Fair Road - Responsibilities:
Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas including rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work spaces;
Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and dusts floors, furniture, and equipment;
Performs maintenance of hard and carpeted surfaces, including stripping, refinishing, and treating floors and upholstery;
Washes walls, ceilings, windows, woodwork, door panels, and other surfaces;
Restocks supplies in designated areas and reports shortages;
Handles trash and biohazardous materials safely and disposal per safety protocols;
Operates and maintains cleaning equipment and reports malfunctions;
Assists with minor repairs or maintenance tasks and reports larger facility issues;
Maintains regular and reliable attendance;
Complies with policies and standards
