Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, organization, and general maintenance of the facility, equipment, and surrounding property. This is an early-morning position requiring someone who is dependable, hands-on, organized, and able to work independently.

• Receive and unload incoming truck orders and deliveries.
• Organize and maintain inventory to ensure supplies and materials are easy to locate.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment to help ensure it remains in safe and proper working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance and address minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the building, work areas, and surrounding lot.
• Keep storage areas organized and free of clutter.
• Monitor equipment and facility conditions and report larger maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist with general facility upkeep and other maintenance-related tasks as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work independently during early-morning hours while prioritizing tasks efficiently.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.
• Able to lift, carry, and move inventory and equipment as required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills preferred.
• Able to identify maintenance issues and determine when additional assistance is needed.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized facility.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous maintenance, warehouse, facilities, or supervisory experience is a plus.

This position involves working both indoors and outdoors and may require frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and moving materials. The role is best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes initiative in keeping a facility running smoothly.
