As a Die Cast Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource responsible for the upkeep and optimization of high-output production machinery. By leveraging your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, you will ensure our manufacturing processes run at peak efficiency to meet quality standards.

• Execute complex repairs and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Fabricate and modify precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures through advanced bench machining operations.
• Analyze statistical process control (SPC) data to identify performance trends and implement necessary equipment adjustments.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions to maintain continuous production flow.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, to support maintenance and production logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and overall operational safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or technical repair.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended shifts.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy for documentation and data entry.

• Prior experience in a die casting or high-volume metalworking environment.
• Formal training or certification in industrial maintenance or related technical fields.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical blueprints and schematics.
