Housekeeping

The Gardens of Statesville Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeping professional to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality service, works efficiently, and contributes to a positive experience for guests, residents, or staff.

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including rooms, restrooms, common spaces, and other facilities as needed
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and remove trash according to established standards
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages or equipment issues
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards
• Work independently or with a team to complete assigned tasks within scheduled time frames
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests, residents, or coworkers

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent standards
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
