We are hiring a Bartender + Mixologist to join our dedicated team of wine, spirits, beer and food enthusiasts at Wayne Gretzky Estates. Our popular Niagara destination thrives in winter with tastings and tours, the Whiskey Patio, premium cocktails, and seasonal outdoor menu. This is an amazing opportunity in one of Niagara’s most exciting experience-focused destinations. Bring your professional hard-working and fun attitude to work with us as we expand our existing and new cocktail experiences.

• Prior role as a bartender including some mixologist experience as an asset.
• Creativity and professionalism – we have big ideas on new offerings and need help bringing them to life.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Guest/Customer service excellence focused.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Executing best-in-class cocktail recipes designed to maximize guest engagement in accordance with company standards (including preparation of high-quality cocktail garnishes).
• Discussing the Wine Club with our guests and selling memberships.
• Assisting with processing guest sales via POS system.
• Adhering to inventory control procedures (receiving, ordering, promotions, stocking, experience write-offs) and participating in the monthly inventory process.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the bar locations at all times.
