Pay Rate: $17.60 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

Job Description:

We are looking for a flexible, smart, and hard-working Afternoon Baker / Production Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong time management, space management, and teamwork skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Availability:

• Must be available to work between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 7 days availability preferred
• Flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

• Baking and food production
• Unloading truck deliveries
• Quick and efficient time management
• Proper space and inventory management
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Teamwork and positive work attitude

Requirements & Skills:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Fast, flexible, and smart worker
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good team player
• Local candidates preferred

Preferred (Assets):

• Food Handler Certificate
• Previous baking or food service experience
• Management or leadership experience is a plus
