Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech‑Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact on students’ lives as a Speech‑Language Pathologist supporting school‑aged children through therapy and assessment. This contract opportunity provides a full‑time, onsite role for the 2026–2027 school year, working alongside educators, support staff, and families to foster positive communication outcomes.

• Full‑time position

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ speech and language development
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments using evidence‑based practices
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct speech‑language therapy services to assigned students
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school functions as needed
• Adapt intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs

• Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP license
• American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred (recent graduates/CFYs are welcome to apply)
• Strong preference for individuals with or eligible for the Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Clinical experience in pediatric, hospital, or school‑based therapy settings, with knowledge of compliance and documentation standards
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
