Maintenance Area Manager

Stellantis is seeking a Maintenance Area Manager to lead press maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will oversee daily maintenance activities for stamping/press equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, product quality, and worker safety. Responsibilities include developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance plans, managing a skilled trades team, coordinating repairs, and driving root cause analysis for chronic issues. You will partner with production, engineering, and safety to improve reliability, implement lean initiatives, control maintenance budgets, and support continuous improvement across global Stellantis plants.
