Maintenance Area Supervisor

As a Maintenance Area Supervisor at Stellantis, you will lead skilled trades teams in an automotive manufacturing environment to ensure maximum uptime of production equipment. You will plan, assign, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for conveyors, robotics, presses, and facility systems, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met. You will analyze equipment performance data, drive root-cause problem solving, coordinate with Engineering and Asset Management on upgrades, manage contractors and spare parts, and coach team members to support continuous improvement, sustainability, and world-class manufacturing standards.
