Job Details:

Location: Sterling Heights, MI + surrounding areas (Utica, Clinton Township, Macomb, St Clair Shores, Madison Heights, Warren)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM

Weekly

Hours:

15–30 hours

Shift Length: 3–6 hours per night

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour (paid bi-weekly via direct deposit)

Start Date: Immediate openings available

Corporate Cleaning Group is growing—and we’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Route Support Cleaners to join our team.

As a Route Support team member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our client facilities clean and running smoothly by covering open shifts, employee call-offs, vacations and schedule gaps! You’ll travel between locations, so no two nights are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys evolving & adapting and staying on the move.

• Clean and maintain commercial spaces to company standards
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust and wipe surfaces
• Travel between job sites as assigned
• Complete cleaning checklists using a mobile app

• Driving required! Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance (proof required)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and lift for the entire shift
• Must be able to lift/push/carry up to 30 lbs (trash bags, equipment, supplies)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable and flexible with schedule and location
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable using a mobile app on your phone to complete cleaning checklists

• Prior commercial cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies

• Commercial or office cleaning
• Janitorial or custodial work
• Hotel or facility housekeeping
• Environmental services (EVS)
• Floor care and sanitation

If you’ve worked in cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping roles, your skills will transfer well into this position!
