RHP Properties in Michigan seeks a Maintenance Technician for C&M Park and Edwardsburg Estates in Edwardsburg, MI. You will perform general grounds maintenance and basic repairs to community homes on a 40-hour schedule.
Responsibilities include handling work orders, keeping common areas tidy, using maintenance tools, and coordinating with the Community Manager. At least 2 years’ maintenance experience and a High School Diploma or GED are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.
