Maintenance Supervisor – JLL

As a Maintenance Supervisor at JLL, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of stamping facility infrastructure that keeps our client's operations running at peak performance. You'll lead a skilled team of tradesmen and coordinate with OEM service providers to deliver exceptional maintenance service through Total Productive Maintenance processes. This hands-on leadership position combines technical expertise with people management, requiring you to optimize preventative maintenance programs, respond swiftly to equipment issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Working within a represented labor environment, you'll be the bridge between front-line maintenance execution and strategic operational goals, directly contributing to equipment uptime, safety excellence, and cost efficiency. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on critical facility operations while developing your team and advancing maintenance best practices.

Work Shift:

2nd shift Monday to Friday

Salary/Comp: $31.25 - $33.65 hourly
