Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines;
Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment using blueprints, manuals, and diagnostic tools;
Conduct major and minor repairs across multiple crafts including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations;
Document maintenance and repair activities, track parts and equipment orders, and submit warranty claims as needed.
