What you'll do:

* Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines.

* Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment, diagnosing issues using blueprints, manuals, and diagnostic tools.

* Conduct major and minor repairs across multiple crafts including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

* Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.

* Document maintenance and repair activities, track parts and equipment orders, and submit warranty claims as needed.

* Provide expert advice to support continuous improvement and align maintenance efforts with business needs.

What you'll bring:

* Proven experience in preventive maintenance and facility repair to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

* Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, wiring, and repairs, including the use of hand and power tools.

* Knowledge of plumbing systems and ability to perform minor and major repairs across multiple crafts.

* Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and compliance standards.

* Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs for accurate troubleshooting and repair.

* Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor coordination.

* Commitment to quality workmanship aligned with federal, state, and local regulations.
