The Legacy at Sterling is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our community. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, installations, and repairs for residential and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring safety and functionality under the Maintenance Director.
Schedule is part-time, Mon-Fri 8am-12noon, with a focus on keeping the facility well-maintained and safe. Pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship.
