Maintenance Position Details

Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday

Overtime:
Possible overtime on Fridays

Pay:
Up to $27.15 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine and preventative maintenance as required.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Actively participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support safe, high-quality production and service delivery.
  • Follow all safety procedures and adhere to established schedules and timelines.
  • Support Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance OR a technical degree/certification in a related field.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective listening, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of machines and tooling.
  • Hands-on fabrication skills (welding, drilling, cutting, painting, etc.).
  • Foundational electrical knowledge (480V three-phase, 110V AC, and low-voltage DC systems).
  • Experience with PLC ladder logic preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude (e.g., thread tapping, lathe operation, welding).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while managing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.
  • Willingness to cross-train within the department.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong basic math skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and accountability.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
