Job Description ul> li>Full Time li>$14 per hour li>Weekly pay /ul> p>Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor. The Janitor position is responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned area inside a particular building or multiple client sites. Exact tasks of janitorial crew are not definite, consequently, must be flexible in performing assigned duties per client s specifications.

Responsibilities ul> li>Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming li>Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects li>Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas li>Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials li>Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment li>Spot clean carpets;

assist in carpet extractions and shampooing li>Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies li>Follow housekeeping schedule li>Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers li>Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs /ul> Qualifications (must Have) ul> li>High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type position li>On the job training will be provided li>Attention to detail li>Ability to follow instructions effectively /ul> Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have) ul> li>Prior cleaning or janitorial experience li>Familiarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards li>Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing li>Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance /ul> Closing p>Diversified Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
