Overview

Driller Helper position at Geo-Technology Associates, Inc., Sterling, VA. GTA's Drilling department is seeking a full‑time Driller Helper to assist in day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of Auger-based and/or CPT drill rigs.

• Assist in day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of Auger-based and/or CPT drill rigs.
• Work in various weather conditions, be hard‑working, dependable, and work well with others.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs. on a regular basis.
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Help with maintenance and mechanical tasks on equipment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and ability to follow directions.
• Enjoy working outdoors.
• Punctual, proactive with respect to safety.
• Mechanical ability and equipment maintenance experience a plus.
