Nightwing is seeking a Facilities Specialist to join a small Facilities Support Team. The role is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting preventative maintenance tasks, system repairs, and other facilities sustainment works. The ideal candidate will possess general maintenance skills, a thorough understanding of safety practices and facilities systems, and the ability to solve problems and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including vendor partners.

• Plan, execute, and document preventative maintenance tasks.
• Repair facilities systems and respond to building needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain all facilities systems in optimal working condition through effective oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor partners to coordinate maintenance activities.

• Broad range of general maintenance skills.
• Thorough understanding of facility safety practices and systems.
• Problem‑solving and communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.
