What You'll DoPerform repairs on both domestic and import vehicles.

Diagnose vehicle issues and complete repairs safely.

Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs.

Track time and document all work performed.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and return vehicles clean.

Complete required training and maintain certifications.

Stay current on technical updates and manufacturer information.

Communicate effectively with team members and support customer satisfaction.

Report any safety, ethical, or operational concerns to management.

What You'll Bring2–5 years of automotive technician experience

Virginia State Inspector license (strongly preferred; bonus eligible)
Dealership or Private Repair ExperienceB and C Technician levels highly preferred!

Experience repairing all makes and modelsASE Certifications, a plus Great work ethic

Team player Desire to grow your career with the best in the business

Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving recordA great attitude!

Total Rewards Guide The flat rate range for this position is $23.00 to $35.00.
