Facilities Technician; Entry-Level

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of the property and mechanical equipment to identify repair needs.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance systems.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to determine project needs and coordinate with 3rd‑party vendors as appropriate.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities throughout the property to ensure safety, security, and guest comfort.
• Respond to work orders from guests and associates.

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Problem‑solving aptitude and the ability to work within a team.
• Capability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company or personal vehicle for business purposes.

Hourly pay range: $21.00 – $23.00.
