• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00pm to 11:00pm

This cleaning position has very strict sanitation policies and requires a lot of fast‑paced moving, bending, stooping, and reaching. This is a hard labor job that is physically demanding. This cleaner must be prepared to see or clean up human fluids.

• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal:
  Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms:
  Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning:
  Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

As a condition of employment for this position, you are required to become a member of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 26. Union membership and dues authorization must be completed upon hire. The terms and conditions of your employment are governed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Compensation and benefits for this role are negotiated between SEIU Local 26 and the Company.
