As Pizza Cook/Prep Cook at Cobble Beach you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for Sweetwater Restaurant. You must present yourself in a professional manner always. As a pizza cook, it is your job to pay very close attention to detail and provide our customers with exceptional quality food and presentation.

• Responsible for proper preparation and presentation of menu items as set out by the executive chef and sous chefs
• Keep a clean, organized and sanitary work environment
• Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting coworkers as needed
• Responsible for restocking items as needed
• Communicate any product shortages
• Responsible for keeping management notified of any equipment issues
• Minimizes safety hazards by following all health and safety procedures
• Communicates effectively and positively with the front of house and culinary team
• Ensures guest satisfaction by proper preparation of menu items and features
• Follows all kitchen procedures to ensure a smooth-running operation

• Previous kitchen experience an asset

• Able to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift 50lb
