Fleet Mechanic

As one of our fleet mechanics, you will be responsible for performing a full range of vehicle and equipment diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for our extensive fleet.

• Diagnose both common and uncommon automotive and small engine malfunctions
• Perform repairs and upkeep on vehicles and equipment, including preventative maintenance
• Execute vehicle inspections with keen attention to detail
• Respond to automotive emergencies swiftly and steadily
• Uphold and comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
• Document all work performed with in-depth precision
• Communicate professionally and conscientiously in all team interactions

• A thorough understanding of automotive systems with proficiency in diagnosing and resolving most issues autonomously
• Eagerness to learn and apply new automotive techniques and technologies
• Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
• Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including exposure to heat, cold, dust, and small/tight spaces
