Key Responsibilities- Lead maintenance team and oversee daily operations
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair programs
- Manage budget and spending for maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with building and safety codes
- Analyze blueprints and schematics for maintenance tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years’ experience in mechanical system operations
- Supervisory experience in maintenance settings
- Expertise in maintenance regulations and practices
- Valid license according to applicable standards
