We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic B to join our team at our Stockton, CA bakery. As a Maintenance Mechanic B, you will support the safe and reliable operation of bakery equipment by assisting with repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, steam, and hydraulic systems to maintain consistent production readiness.

• Hourly Rate: $35.23

• Support the maintenance and repair of bakery equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation
• Identify and assist in resolving equipment issues related to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and utility systems
• Maintain tools, work areas, and serviced equipment in sanitary and safe condition with all guards in place
• Contribute to consistent, food-safe production by following maintenance standards and supporting continuous improvement
• Communicate equipment concerns promptly to mechanics, supervisors, and cross-functional teams
